Terms and Conditions for Short-Term Rentals of Music Equipment by Music District

Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By renting music equipment from Music District, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not rent any music equipment from Music District.

Rental Period
The rental period begins on the day that the music equipment is delivered to the renter's specified location and ends on the day that the equipment is returned to Music District or picked up by Music District. The rental period is specified in the rental agreement.

Rental Fees and Payment
The rental fee for the music equipment will be specified in the rental agreement. The renter agrees to pay the full rental fee at the time of rental. Payment may be made by credit card or other forms of electronic payment. Music District reserves the right to charge a late fee for any rental equipment that is not returned on the specified return date.

Delivery and Pickup
Music District will deliver the music equipment to the renter's specified location at the beginning of the rental period and will pick up the equipment at the end of the rental period. The renter must be present at the time of delivery and pickup. The renter agrees to pay for any additional delivery or pickup fees that may be incurred due to changes in delivery or pickup location or time.

Use of Music Equipment
The renter agrees to use the music equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe and responsible manner. The renter is responsible for any damage to the music equipment that occurs during the rental period. The renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacement costs that may be necessary due to damage to the music equipment.

Liability
Music District is not liable for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of the renter's use of the music equipment. The renter assumes all liability for any injury or damage that may occur during the rental period.

Cancellation Policy
The renter may cancel the rental agreement at any time prior to the beginning of the rental period. Music District reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the rental agreement is cancelled within a certain time frame prior to the beginning of the rental period.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates in which Music District is located.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Music District and the renter and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
